Texas, be aware of this new issue regarding door dash drivers

There are many services that someone in Texas can use for food.

Face it, we all get lazy sometimes here in The Lone Star State. We don’t necessarily want to go somewhere to pick up a particular item. That’s why we use a service to help us.

Whether it’s grocery shopping, or perhaps driving somewhere, there is indeed a company that can help you. But what may worry some is that you may not know who is helping you. There is a chance that the person who comes to help you is not who you think he or she is.

It turns out that videos on social media have recently raised concerns that Door Dash and their drivers are not who they claim to be. This is what is known.

Door dash drivers claim to be female when in fact they are male

According to a video on Tik Tok, a woman with the username leadenim shared her experience ordering something through Door Dash. We warn some readers, some of the language in the video is NSFW:

As described by the person, the driver did not warn her that the requested food had fallen. Instead, the driver waited outside for the person to come get the food. This isn’t the first time this has happened either; posts on Reddit have also revealed other unknown individuals doing the same.

So it appears that this problem may occur in the state of Texas. Remember to be smart and safe Texas!
