Brandon Valley leads the Class A baseball poll this week; Bon Homme/Avon, Howard, Dell Rapids and Chamberlain/Kimball/Lyman top the regions in Class B

UNDATED – The Pierre High School Spring Baseball team is 6th in the standings and will be in action this week. Brandon Valley sits atop the Class A division, followed by Harrisburg. Rapid City Stevens, Sioux Falls Lincoln and Sioux Falls O’Gorman are ahead of Pierre in 3rd, 4th and 5th.

The Class B standings included Bon Homme/Avon, Howard, Dell Rapids and Chamberlain/Kimball/Lyman take the lead in the four regions.

SIOUX FALLS, SD – The Pierre High School Spring baseball team received one vote, but it was not enough to crack the top 5 of the South Dakota High School Baseball Coaches Association rankings, released on Wednesday (May 1, 2024). reaches. Harrisburg continues to hold the top spot in the Class A poll with 20 points, 5 more than runner-up Brandon Valley. Sioux Falls Lincoln is third in the standings, followed by O’Gorman and Rapid City Stevens, who are tied for fourth.

In the Class B rankings, Dell Rapids is the top-rated team with 35 points, followed by No. 2 Dakota Valley with 22 points. Vermillion is in third place, followed by Parkston, while Howard and Lennox are tied for 5th. Bon Homme, Madison and Chamberlain also received votes in the Class B poll.
